铝合金型线拉丝机是我公司开发的新型产品，采用国际先进设计理念和生产技术，领先于国内同行。并以其高效节能，操作自动安全，产品质量好备受国内外用户青睐。我公司现可提供两种机型LHD-450/6+R450/5铝合金型线非滑动拉线机和LHD450-8+R45-3铝合金型线微滑动拉线机

该种机型用于将Ф9.5 mm、Ф12 mm的电工铝杆及制成φ2.3～φ6.0的圆线及等效直径为φ2.8～φ6.0 mm的型线。也可以将φ9.5 mm电工铝合金杆拉制成φ2.65～φ6.0 mm圆线及等效直径为φ2.8～φ6.0 mm的型线。.

不同型线的拉制有不同的工艺过程，一种是先拉制成圆线后，首先由一对轧辊轧制成型，然后再经过数道模具拉制成形；另一种是通过多道模具，逐道拉制变形而成。

每道拉丝鼓轮都由独立电机传动， 并带分线轮以防止线材的擦伤。在各独立电机之间，由张力传感器自动控制和匹配速度。

Recently, the customers both domestic and aboard placed orders to our company for aluminium alloy profile wire drawing machine.

The state-of–art profile wire drawing machine of our company uses edge design conception and international advance manufacturing technique. It is the new product developed by our company, with many features such as twin-position pay-off, robust and simple machinery for minimum maintenance, high precision gears, sophisticated transmissions, tension sensors to harmony speed etc.

Now there are two types of machines are available, which are LHD-450/6+R450/5 and LHD-450/8+R450/3.

LHD-450/6+R450/5 Aluminium Alloy Profile Wire Drawing Machine can draw φ9.5 mm、φ12 mm EC aluminum rod into φ2.3～φ5.0 mm round wire or equivalent size φ2.8～φ5.6 mm profile wire, and it also can draw φ9.5 mm EC alu. alloy rod into φ2.65～φ5.0 mm round wire and equivalent φ2.8～φ5.0 mm profile wire.

Different shape profile wire is drawn in different process. One is that draw rod into round wire first, then roll wire with a pair of passive roller, and through a profile die as well as final die to shape wire at last. Another way is that profile the wire through different dies. 

Both the front 6 drawing capstans and the last 5 drawing capstans are all driven by separate motor. Each capstan has wire distribution pulley to avoid profile wire scuffing. Tension sensors are installed between gear boxes of each separate motor, to harmony speed automatically. This machine is non-slip type drawing machine.
