2.产品特点(Machine Characteristic)
* 拉丝, 退火, 塑包和收线一次高速完成, 线芯质量优良.
   Wire drawing, annealing, insulating and take-up are continuous completed with
   high speed and good quality.

* 流线型自动定心机头
    Streamline form self-centering cross-head.

* 双盘高速自动切换收线
     The reels are automatically changed with stable and accurate
     performance in high speed.

* 变频调速控制各分部电机, PLC自动控制不同线径下的拉丝和退火的同步,
    确保线芯质量.
    Frequency inverter is used for adjusting speed of each unit with a stable performance.
    PLC system is designed for annealer to regulate annealing current automatically at
    different wire diameter and different speeds to ensure the best quality.

* 二个色母料混合器改善混料均匀性, 减少色母料的消耗. 实现不停机换色.
    Two mixers of color base are installed beside the plastic extruder in order to
    improve the evenness greatly and to reduce the consumption of color base, also to
    change the colors of extruded plastic conveniently without stop.

4.设备组成(Machine Composition)

机组由放线架，拉线主机，连续退火装置，预热前牵引装置, 挤塑机,
色母料混合器, 伸缩水槽, 牵引冷却装置, 火花测试仪, 直径测试仪,
双盘收线机，轧头穿模机。
It is composed of pay-off stand, drawing machine, continuous annealer,
pre-heating & haul-off device, plastic extruder, mixer of colour base,
telescopic water trough, haul-off & cooling device, sparking tester,
diameter measurer, automatic dual spooler, wire pointer & stripper.
