2.产品特点(Machine Characteristic)

* 用于电缆包复铅护层或橡胶管包铅硫化。
Used for continuous sheathing lead cover on the cable or
for vulcanizing rubber pipe.

* 以螺杆装置输送铅料，实现连续挤出。
The specifical screw is adopted to realize continuous extruding molten lead

* 各部位温度和挤出压力趋于恒定，保证铅层厚度均匀。
Equal lead thickness is assured by invariablenes temperature and pressure of extruding cylinder.

* 熔铅炉、保温炉和铅液输送均采用密闭系统，基本消除环境污染。
The melting furnace, holding furnace and lead canal are close system.
So environment pollution is avoided.

* 加热温度通过PLC连续控制, 触摸屏显示控制各项参数。
Temperature continuously controlled by PLC, running parameter of the machine are displayed and controlled

through touch screen.
